We loved our stay at this hotel. The property was well-kept and the team provided excellent service. The room was large and updated with bunk beds and a pull-out couch. The location was convenient with a lounge/restaurant, water, and multiple food options nearby. Plus, it's close to many shops.

The location was particularly good for exploring this very nice area, next to many food options, a nearby restaurant, and shopping. A great selection of food for breakfast, it was great! The personnel were very attentive and helpful.

I loved spending time here. Came in Maple Grove to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was a wonderful base for doing it. The staff was very professional. The room was modern and neat with a patio. Everything was fantastic as expected. The venue was in an unbeatable location, in the waterpark.

I liked Maple Grove. The hotel was beautifully kept and close to the freeway. Its location was excellent, right by the Mall of America, restaurants, and shopping areas.

The hotel's location was convenient, just a 20-minute walk from Eagle Lake. There was a fantastic restaurant nearby within walking distance. The room had coffee, a whirlpool, and a couch, which we enjoyed.

I loved the pool area. I had a spotless and very classy room with coffee, a whirlpool, and a couch. As for me, the location was favourable and handy, not far from shopping and restaurants in the area and many restaurants. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Maple Grove.

After we where told our reservation was for the following night not the night we requested, the hotel was gracious enough to accommodate all thirteen of us anyway
